Dining & Reservations

Q: Is there a time limit for dining?
 Yes. Lunch is 1.5 hour and dinner is 2 hours to ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable buffet experience.

Q: How far in advance can I make a booking?
 Online reservations may be made up to two months in advance.

Q: Can I modify or reschedule my reservation?
 Yes. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation and are subject to availability. Please reschedule via the confirmation email or by contacting our reservations team.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation of my booking?
 Yes. An email confirmation will be sent within 24 hours once your reservation and payment have been received.

Q: How can I cancel my booking?
 We regret that cancellations are not permitted. However, you may reschedule up to 3 hours before your reservation date, subject to availability.

Q: Can I request a specific table?
 While we do our best to accommodate requests, seating is at the discretion of the restaurant and subject to availability.

Q: How long will my table be held if I am late?
 Tables will be held for your reservation time. Please be punctual to adhere to your reservation time slot.

 

Dining Policies

Q: Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
 We are Muslim-owned restaurant and strive to cater to dietary needs where possible. Please inform our team in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can advise on suitable options.

Q: Are children charged the same as adults?
 Children between 4–11 years old dine at child prices, while those under 4 years old dine for free with a paying adult.

 

Facilities & Parking

Q: Is parking available?
 Guests may park at Katong Square (carpark rates apply). Motorcycle parking is available at i12 Katong, located next door.

Q: Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?
 Yes, The Buffet Club is accessible-friendly, with lifts and accessible restrooms available.

Q: Can I host events at The Buffet Club?
Absolutely. We welcome private events, corporate functions, and celebrations. Please contact our Events Team at +65 8822 2969 for tailored packages.
